Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@budsandbunnies.com with your order details.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns
•Returns only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect delivery with mandatory unboxing video provided by the customers.
Return items must be in its original condition, unused with proper packaging.

Return Process
1. Email info@budsandbunnies.com with your order number, unboxing video and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back within 5 days of return approval.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy
Full Refunds: Issued for eligible returned items after inspection.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be credited back to your bank account or UPI payment method within 4 to 7 business days after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with unboxing video of the courier box & product, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
